Final Verdict: Which Family Resort Wins?
Both Hard Rock Hotel Bali and Bali Dynasty Resort are excellent family resorts, but they’re designed for slightly different types of families.
If you’re travelling with toddlers or younger children (2–4 years old) and value a fantastic kids club, affordable dining and a more relaxed atmosphere, Bali Dynasty Resort is probably the better choice.
However, if your kids are 5 years or older, or you simply want a resort with bigger pools, exciting water slides, daily activities and a lively atmosphere, I’d recommend Hard Rock Hotel Bali.
After researching both resorts and eventually choosing Hard Rock Hotel Bali for our own family holiday with our three-year-old son Benji, we were incredibly happy with our decision. Ultimately, there isn’t a wrong choice here. Both resorts are consistently rated among the best family hotels in Bali—you simply need to choose the one that best matches your children’s ages and your family’s travel style.
